It really depends on Nagato's location in relation to the six paths. If he is close enough, Deva path will just use Chibaku Tensei and I don't see Sasuke destroying that, though it doesn't mean he instantly loses as he could snipe Deva before he gets sucked in. Without having to worry about that, Enton spam takes care of the majority of the paths, except Preta Path and Deva. His close quarters combat skills are good enough to handle Preta, and with good enough timing, he can get a fatal hit on Deva. So Sasuke high diff.

Sasuke is underrated. He takes this mid diff. Preta Path Pain sucks ass at Taijutsu while Sasuke took down 1000 sound shinobi with it. He'll beat that Pain with Taijutsu or Kenjutsu.

Amaterasu burns, BD/Magatama explode.

You can't compare them.

Also Amaterasu burns fairly slow.

Pain wins this mid diff.

Sasuke's never fought a Rinnegan user and has no intel on it, whereas Pain knows about Amaterasu and probably Susanoo.
