I'm an actual Tsunade / Sannin fan so I hope Hiruzen doesn't get impressive feats which whould make Tsunade, my favourite character along with Sasuke and Orochimaru , the weakest Hokage (by feats) :'(

Or he would try to stab her chest. Tsunade easily survives it, grabs Tobirama's hand, rips it off and beats him to death with it.
He has no reason to decapitate her, considering he has no intel on her abilities.

That's still not enough info. Madara also knew Tsunade is a Senju, but he stabbed her abdomens and not her head.

Hidan is very dangerous if his opponent has no intel on his ability.
