I know they don't fulfilled the Chūnin exam, but with their strength the Hokage should give them the Jōnin nomination immediately without any stupid examination... Agree?

Sasuke is currently "ranked" as a rogue ninja and although Naruto is strong enough to get A and S ranked missions I would not want him to lead any 3 or 4 man ninja groups.

If you watch the exam arc again you'll see that Naruto won his match but would not make an effective person to lead a squad.

Probably , at the end of the anime Kishi wants to show that Naruto is the only Genin who was promoted directly as Hokage and be a rolemodel for other genins , maybe. And unfortunately for Sasuke i believe he dies as a genin.

Naruto is a genin but Sasuke is a nukenin (missing-nin), not a gennin.

which is why he is now directing everyone he comes into contact with in the war? excluding the final battlehe just runs in, saves someone, tell them what to do, and leaves. plus he was put though the exam to early, he was barely genin for a year, where as neji and co. had been a genin for a full year, and still didnt pass. plus personality has nothing to do with leardership skill, look at might guy, or the 1st hokage, or killerbee even. besides something tells me he still dosent get that many s-ranked mission, otherwise they would of not been able to trick him with a fake one so easily.

lol naruto and hashi are splitting images of each other. and most of the people in the series treat bee like hes dumb. even his own tailedbeast.saveing grarra and the naruto bridge arc in part one were his two s-ranked missions. his third being the island bs was just bs, and not a mission at all.
