J-Man told Naruto to not use "that jutsu", but what is it?

The title pretty much says it all. From what I seen, it has something to do with Kurama because the key to Naruto's seal was needed for Naruto to complete "that jutsu". Could this be a BA (and probably OP) new jutsu that we haven't seen before? Or could it be a mistranslation for using Kurama's chakra before he could go KCM?

I believe it is something that we haven't seen before considering J-Man said Minato wasn't able to complete "that jutsu", and now it is seen that he can go KCM. What is your opinion?

I've always assumed it was rasenshuriken, considering they knew it was damaging the chakra in his arms. They also said that Minato tried to add his element to rasengan but couldn't. Rasenshuriken was a new move at the time, and it was dangerous for the user as well.

But why would Naruto need the key to his seal if the jutsu was the Rasenshuriken?

He left Naruto the seal prior to infiltrating the hidden rain village didn't he? Probably just because he knew he might not be coming back, and he knew that Naruto would need it.

I got it mixed with tsunade telling him not to use the rasenshuriken because it messed with his chakra systems, guess it's getting late where I'm at.

It is quite possible that it has been forgotten. It was only mentioned in 2 chapters after all. And it could be the RDS as well. That would explain why Jiryia said not to use it!

The power of Kurama, back then as more of Kurama chakra leaked out when Naruto got angry,Naruto keep losing control. In essence Naruto was like Bruce Banner the angrier He became the Hulk keep coming out. The angrier Naruto became the more control Kurama could exercise over Naruto,eventually Kurama could take over Naruto's body permanently and Jiraiya did not know Minato had put a fail safe into the seal.
