Madara's Trump Card: Genjutsu. (Kotoamatsukami)

Title explains most of it. I think the trump card will be revealed that Madara has some sort of MS Genjutsu in one of his eyes. I'd hope to see something new but I think Kotoama(i forgot how to spell it) is more than likely the best bet for a "trump card". Its a known MS technique, fits how it is a last resort considering it can only be used once a decade, and can easily turn the tide into Madara's benefit.

Some can say that it might be Tskuyomi, which makes a bit of sense, I suppose. It wouldn't be as effective but its plausible since his plan is Infinite Tsukuyomi. Plus the whole Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi=Susanoo thing could be over with, even though I believe all you need is 2 MS.

Anyway, I think it'll be a genjutsu (more than likely Koto) to control Obito. Yes? No? Plausible? Probable?

Thats true, however wasnt KotoAmatsukami only specific to Shisui of the Uchihas.

Shisuis 1st eye was destroyed with Danzo.
His 2nd was used by Itachis crow and would be unable to be reactivated.

That said, it would be a good twist if Madara was able to use it amongst his EMS arsenal.

Kotoamatsukami was unique to Shisui, MS jutsu like that are unique to their user, like Obito's Kamui. Only Susano'o and it's constituent parts are able to be considered 'standard'.

But yes, when one obtains EMS, they are supposed to gain a new jutsu.

I agree that it might some type of genjutsu probably, but not Kotoamatsukami, that jutsu was exclusive to Shisui's mangekyo. But it might be some type of genjutsu that works against Bijuu by controlling the bijuu's mind instead of the Jinchuuriki's. That's my guess.

KA is just about instantly, I don't think that'll be a problem if obito attacked him
