I think wood release is the most useful. You can grow anything. ANYTHING. You could literally supply a village with everything it needs.

Byakugan is perfect for infiltration and watching a village.

Sharingan is actually perfect for the Police, which is such a great role that Tobirama put the uchiha in.

Dust release, Lava Release, and blaze are great for battle.

I don't know about the rest.
