I believe Tsunade > Kakuzu with mid- high difficulty, but I also believe Kakuzu > Minato with high difficulty. His strongest attack is the rasengan which can't destroy the domu.

Nah man .. i member back when you had that sasuke avatar we argued this .. Kakuzu wins ..Tsunade's not getting close to him to do any damage .. meanwhile hes got threads that could rip out any organ they please from a distance .. combined with damaging jutsu

It was already explained Tsunade can counter his threads with her strength ( or with Katsuyu's acid )

which she can't summon when shes getting her organs ripped out ..and no thats an invalid counter ... Whats she going to do pull on them? unlike Oro's tounge he has a nearly unlimited supply ... So she would simply create more threads to come from his body not to mention He could bind her hands anyways

She can pull them off, rip them off or use BPD to paralyze Kakuzu. He can't rip her organs instantly, he needs time.

He needs a good 5 seconds ... And like i said pulling them off is not possible .. Ripping them? .. no matter how strong you are ripping thread is basically impossible ... And its not even Proven BPD would even work like that .. although again it does not matter . .Kakuzu's body structure is made completely out of threads, different anatomy from a normal humans ..
