Come on now... Even early part2 Sakura was able to create a crater with her punch, who was nowhere near as strong as Tsunade.

If Tsunade's punch would create a crater it would still be a weaker feat, as Minato's Rasengan also went through Obito.

You're comparing Part 2 Tsunade with Part 1, since you are using Part 2 Tsunade's punch to give durability to Oro based on a part 1 feat.

Naturally Tsunade became stronger since Part 1, everyone did.

the second orochimaru is tagged, the fight is over. minato afterwards simply stomps him with a barrage of rasengans.
there is only so much orochi can regenerate in a short time.
