Why Minato is not over-rated.

He is, almost as terrible as Itachi. You should have seen the Minato>Nagato, Hashirama, Madara, Obito and Kabuto threads. The Uchiha Brothers and Kisame are imo above Minato so I don't see how he can actually beat anyone above them.

To me the top 5 are Hashirama, madara, obito, nagato and Naruto.

Next 6-10 are sasuke, Minato, bee, muu and itachi.

I like Minato, he is in my top 5 fav's, but I don't think he can FTG into a Susano'o. Yes he does have a radius in which he can freely teleport into, but I stand firm in my belief that Susano'o, while being an ethereal guardian, would make it physically impossible for any enemy to teleport into it.

Minato wouldn't try to FTG into a wall would he? I think it's the same principle. He can break through Susano'o, yes, but I don't belive it would let him in. Feel free to argue this point, but I still think Minato is cool.

We have seen Gaara's sand get inside the Susanoo, and the user can stay inside the Susanoo as well. So, there's really no reason for a debate upon this.

Minato is barely top ten. There are several characters I think could beat him, like gaara, sasori, deidara, kisame, Konan, muu, tobirama or itachi.

Not without damaging Susanoo, but without breaking it. Remember the first part of Naruto where Sasuke uses a chidori to a water tank while Naruto uses a rasengan. If you look at the different outcomes, we can draw this conclusion. Susanoo is like a tank or an armour protecting the user, and while Naruto's rasengan in part one won't do much, a kyuubi powered Minato's rasengan will.

Well, Madara was Kabuto's summon, and Oro isn't actually putting any sort of control over any of his summons. Furthermore, with half Kyuubi chakra, Minato can easily break out with raw power like Hashi did.

KCM Minato weaker than BM Naruto is a baseless argument. Naruto got BM when he gained full access to the half of Kyuubi chakra sealed in him. He could only use a part of it before due to Kyuubi not cooperating with him. On Minato's case, since he doesn't have Kyuubi's consciousness inside him (according to what we've seen so far) he has free access to the entirety of the half of Kyuubi's chakra inside him, making him on par with BM Naruto chakra wise.
