Can EDO Madara use Rinne Tensei to bring Rin back to life??

Personally I dont see why he cant. He has Rinnegan, Unlimited Chakra, and a body that will not die as he is currently an Edo.

Would be the ultimate mindf*** to use against Juubito (Obito).

Obvious theory I know in relation to his "Trump Card". But I think it's worth bringing up. I know others (including myself) have pondered on the possibility, but have not yet read a thread that puts it into a practical sense

Anyway... just my thoughts... (knowing kishi it will probably be something totally unrelated heh hehehe)

Maybe, I don't think you could use it on yourself though. In regular circumstances you couldn't, because you would be dead.

There are still remnants of Obitos consciousness, hence his recognition (albeit a vague one) of his own name

which means it may still be possible somehow to tap into Juubitos subconsciousness (Obito) - even if it is only the memory of his clinging onto Rin (the only person Obitos rational mind was able to hold some attachment to).

Of course... if Madara used this it would only be to serve as a cruel distraction whilst he comes with an attack/jutsu against Juubito.

Well sorry guys he can only use the technique if the soul hasn't cross the river sticks yet. Rin died a decade and a half ago so unless madara has some dna to use IPR to bring her back that theory is sadly short in luck.

Who's to say Madara hadnt planned something regarding Rin from the start, including access to her body. After all, it was Madara who Orchestrated Obito witnessing Rins death. He already knew his attachment to her.

Madara sent Zetsu with Obito when Obito witnessed Kakashi killing Rin. He could have easily taken DNA in the interim. That said, its just a theory

I dont see why he cant. After all, Obito actually has Madaras Rinnegan also, and he would have been able to, so why not Madara; although I doubt Madara could use it on himself.

Well, then rennei tensei may very well be what madara is planning to use. On who, however, remains to be seen.
