But his sbilities r tech carb copy of gaara's so yeah he ain't tht high for character wise for me

2 out of 10 from me. I disliked how he treated Gaara, basically making him an outcast from birth. He made so many errors as a father. However, his Gold Dust technique was pretty cool.

Decent dad at the end but his character design and moveset is boring.
