I think itatchi can be overrated. but i agree about sakura being underrated ._.

Overrated: Most likely Minato, Tsunade (for some strange reason), or Tobirama. 'SPECIALLY Tobirama.

Most Overrated: Itachi takes the cake by a long shot.

Most Underrated: Lee or Nagato.

These are the ones I think are the most underrated and overrated, but honestly, there's tons of people I could add on to that list, including the person in my sig & ava

Outside of the whole Sakura vs hinata thing, where people are who is stronger, or a better heroine, and stuff like that, she isn't TOO overrated. Though o have seen people say she could "mess lee up"
