My theory is that when Madara plays his trump card it will fail, and that will be what finally causes him to lose that big "I am unstoppable" attitude.
Its going to be the moment where he realizes his plan is falling apart and we finally see him start to become uncertain about the plan. As a result Hashirama and him start arguing over the current situation and Madara realizes that the Juubi is controlling Obito and will destroy everything, which means there won't be a world to rule.
Killer Bee and the 8 Tails noted that Juubito would transform again eventually as the Juubi isn't complete yet. So my guess is that the Shinobi Alliance will defeat this form of Juubito with Madara's rather reluctant help.
BUT Madara will be defeated by Juubtio after he enters its final form and it mutates further.
My reasoning is that Madara is near invincible so really being defeated by Juubito would be less of an asspull then if he were defeated by the Shinobi Alliance.
As for the Trump Card, I just think it would be ridiculous if Juubito has just been brought in only for him to be defeated or controlled by Madara after only a few chapters.
Madara has been creaming everyone ever sense he showed up so this would be the first time where he really gets smacked, its his turn to get smacked and to be humbled.
Also Kishi loves to redeem characters, particularly ones with long and detailed back stories, so it wouldn't surprise me if Madara gets some form of redemption by helping with this form of Juubito.
