The best sensory type shinobi are Tobirama and Karin because Naruto in base state doesn't have sensory abilites and is therefore not classed as a Sensory type shinobi. Besides, Tobirama can accurately assess the direction, number of shinobi and who they are merely by putting a finger to the ground and is also able to tell a person's clan by their chakra.

Smh at Tobirama being first when his feats are mediocre. Naruto's got country wide sensing, Nagato can sense everything his whole village with his rain technique, Karin can pinpoint people's chakra eg Danzo.

You forgot madara but I would go with tobirama he was exceptional even as a child.

tobirama, by putting his finger to the ground and learning everything about them...also, hes able to detect hashirama's cells inside orochimaru's body, which was pretty cool.
