It's not like they all just wait for him to attack first. They are all going for the kill.
I'm sure Kakashi would send at least a kage bunshin attack first before just going with kamui. There's no intel.

Really? Asuma, Kurenai and Shizune are all jonin. You can't really become a jonin without having above average everything.
Asuma is equal in taijutsu with Kakashi, Kurenai has almost the same taijutsu level(These two are according to the databook) and Shizune uses poisons and poisoned needles from afar, which oneshot Kakashi.
Anko has the suicide jutsu and mid range snake jutsu. They can pressure Kakashi pretty far.

Since they're all from Konoha, Kakashi can just ask them to line up, and they will do it because they trust each other, and then he can just one shot them all with Kamui.

Because the theme is other jonin vs Kakashi. You do realize it's 4 vs 1?
No one is taking this easily. And Kakashi is going to spend a second or two while breaking Kurenai's genjutsu. AND ACTUALLY. Kakashi never starts a battle with sharingan. And besides there is no info, he wouldn't know that Kurenai actually is wicked with genjutsu.

With an average chakra reserves. He can neve use that many high level jutsus in a fight. And remember there is no intel so Kakashi is not starting with his best techniques.

The suiton that got Zabuza can take them all out, really. Shizune Anko and Kurenai have no nature transformation.

Would he start with sharingan against random people that he has no intel on? I think not.

I do believe Kakashi would win but it would be high diff. It's hard to fight multiple opponents at once, at least with three jonin level opponents. And with ranged attacks coming that can oneshot you and someone who hinders you with genjutsu.
