Whatever Lee's family is he probably surpassed them after academy.
Ino's father seemed stronger than her.
Chouji seems to surpass his father
Shikamaru's dad was smarter due to experience; but for now he seems to be best out of his clan
Nothing is indicated for Shino; but Torune was really strong and we don't know how strong his parents are.
Kiba's mom and sister seem stronger than him.
Neji was easily 2nd strongest after Hiashi and he would have surpassed him after few years
Hinata is a below average Hyuuga; she is far behind Neji so as Hiashi; if she is one of the top Hyuugas; this only shows Hyuuga is a weak clan and they should not call themselves "strongest of Konoha".
Sakura's parents are civilians, she of course surpassed them.
We don't know much about Tenten.
