I'd say that it would have to be Naruto. He has mastered his tailed beast, has sage mode, and he has bijuu mode now. 2nd would be Sasuke (till he receives a power up later) and 3rd would be Sakura cause of her brute strength.

yea but shinos bugs eat chakra lee doesn't need chakra for taijutsu plus his speed with five gates

not really naruto beat gaara sasuke couldn't, he saved sasuke from oro's snakes during chunnin exam. when he and sasuke fought at the end of naruto, naruto had been tailing him for ages plus had his chakra drained by the first guy and fought others alnong the way while sasuke was carried the whole wasy.

the first time they saw each other in shippuden naruto wasn't trying to kill him.

then after the danzo fight naruto could have used rasenshuriken instead of rasengan and killed him
