This is my first top 10 list, so if I miss anything, please correct me, and please, no fanboyism.

1- Juubito
2- Madara(alive but with the current age and powers, basically, the same as edo madara but not an edo)
3- Hashirama
4- Naruto
5- Nagato
6- DSM kabuto
7- EMS sasuke
8- Itachi
9- Killer bee/ Minato
10- Minato/ Killer bee

I'm not sure about the last three, Because I don't know who would win in a fight, so I put that way, but It could be different.

I think it is not necessary to put rikudou. It is obvious he is top 1 so far. I put madara above hashirama because he awakened the rinnegan before his death, so it would be good to put him in a good age with all his powers, but I agree that hashirama> EMS Madara. I think that current sasuke> itachi, because itachi had low stamina.
You could be right about bee, but I couldn't remember of anyone else. Anyway, thanks.

switch Hashi for Maddy, there is no Madara alive with current power and age.
it took ages for Hashi cells awaken his rinnegan and he was badly wounded, also took him long to recover from it.
by the time he got everything he must already been quite old and weaker than he was with just EMS cause of the age.
