Why didn't Naruto stop Obito?

I have been wondering after the latest chapter:
Naruto wanted to save all the bijuus before and didnt agree with Sasuke

When he realised the bijus chakra going into Obito and noticed the seal being different:

Why didnt he(naruto) stop obito from absorbing the bijuu chakra but allowed him to do it because we know he is really fast, possibly faster than sasuke(wif minato in kcm, we cant speculate) in bijuu mode, he cld hav reached obito and stoped the chakra flow maybe the same way he and Kurama would have done to save the bijus.

What do you think might hav hapend?

I dont think he had enough time from the second he noticed to completion. It clearly happened quite fast as no one knew what happened. The only reason we saw it slower was because of Byakugan.

Have u considered:
1. Naruto only knew the Justsu was not Rinne Tensei ...... he confirmed the nature of the Jutsu only after observing the result.
2. Naruto Himself might have been absorbed .....

1. Naruto only knew the Justsu was not Rinne Tensei ...... he confirmed the nature of the Jutsu only after observing the result.
2. Naruto Himself might have been absorbed .....

1. He said Obito's intention was to be Jubi jink from the the start ...... also this is rather odd but Obito himself said something similar long ago. But logically speaking Naruto never havent seen Jubi absorbtion jutsu, so he might have known that it was not rinne Tensei but never known it was Jubi Absorbtion for sure ....

I think Kishi just wanted show an evil sage of six paths also to stack the odds against Naruto making his ascension to that level more dramatic I also think it opens the door to Sasuke seeing Naruto as the sign post that Itachi wanted him to follow and truly fight as one or maybe even sacrificing him self so Naruto can acquire the sages power
