Itachi's last two options once Gaara gets in the air is Totsuka no Tsurugi and Yasaka Magatama. Neither have the empowering feats to make it through Gaara's Defense's. Given that its capable of blocking attacks such as

Well imo it doesn't matter how long a thread is until you can succesfully prove what you want.

They're been deleting a lot of my threads. They got rid of my Itachi > Minato thread since someone necro'd it and there was a similar thread at the time. They also completely got rid of my V9 Tier list (Gotta make it again -.-)

You should complain, i was going to for you. The fukk will they delete a thread with 50+ post and leave the dead one remaining. I wasted a lot of time in there debating with these users.

I don't feel like dealing with the mods on this site. While im not trying to be rude, some of them are unneccesarily aggresive. Some of them are cool though.

Yeah, I agree. Both Sasori and Gaara can indeed beat Itachi.

they deleted my tier list too. I think Gaara has a good chance but different attacks have different properties like: piercing, cutting, and blunt force. Gaara was able to tank Lee's primary lotus but not piercing attacks like Chidori. A stabbing hit from the totsuga blade would be the most dangerous thing from Itachi. But I still agree, Gaara is a good counter for many of Itachi's abilities.

In a grassy plain or Desert Gaara has a wide range of opportunities which can render Itachi's Susano'o useless, Gaara is probably the only character who isn't completely broken in terms of moves/jutsu's who can best Itachi in almost every angle.
