Sasuke because he has by far the most character development of the Uchiha. He also had the most reason tp fall into darkness. He lost his clan then realized he had killed the person who loved him the most. That's enough to make anyone fall into darkness. Unlike Obitio who fell because rin and madara. Madara also had a poorly written fall.

In order Sasuke then itachi then madara then obito. Im not where to put shisui as he is a minor character. I don'tknow enough about shisui to judge him as a character.
