Not really

Everyone thought Amaterasu would one-shot the Juubi, but it proved to be useless against it

I doubt it'd be something that simple as 1 technique or sword that would take it down.

Not to mention that Obito has one of the best reflexes in the manga and probably a speed boost due to being jinchuriki now.
