Reason for Madara and Obito's limited Rinnegan abilities?

This is just a quick though but as you know with chakra natures, there will always be certain elements that come naturally, and the rest you have to train for. Do you think the same logo applies to the Rinnegan?

Here, Madara had limited time with the rinnegan when he was alive, but knew how to use the preta path, almost as if it was instinctive.

Obito seems to have the same thing with the outer path, and seems to know how to use the human path. But this was probably from his time with nagato because he knew of its consequences.

Then explain to me why Madara had to teach obito how to use the Six Paths ability when he would know it upon gaining the rinnegan?

Or why Nagato didn't have the skill enough to resurrect Jiraiya because he died too long ago, despite the fact he was intended to revive madara, who died decades prior?

Or why Madara claimed that nagato had finally "grown up" when believing he had been resurrected via rinne tensei, if nagato could have done it from the moment it was transplanted?

Both of them ( Madara and Obito) can use all Rinnegan abilities they just choose not to. Shingei Tensei is just a large range Bansho Tenin. Kakashi and Gai have already discussed why Obito doesn't use the Rinnegan abilities.
