How does Minato have the SO6P's magatama?

Could someone clarify this for me? I'm confused as to how Minato Namikaze has the Sage of Six Path's magatama (The "necklace" the sage of six path wears) when in Kyuubi mode since Minato isn't an uzumaki... For example:

Kurama's chakra w/o it's evil will is the answer. There are some special properties in his chakra, possibly Rikudou's own chakra essence.

It's just a thing for KCM. The way you're thinking is that ONLY Uzumakis can go in KCM mode. Anyone who happens to go in KCM mode gets the magatamas.

It's either Kurama's chakra that makes the Magatamas appear, or there's something about the Namikaze
