Correct me if I'm wrong but Obito can use wood style can't he. Or was that just when he was merged with spiral zetsu? How come he never used that during the war. Also he hasn't used many rinnegan techniques. Oh and since orochimaru also has senju dna now can he use wood style?

He can indeed use Wood Style. Half of his body is made of Hashirama's cells. Obito can use Rinnegan techniques since he used the chakra chains. Maybe Orochimaru can use Wood jutsu but for now we only know it lets him control Edo Tensei better.

I think obito is very unskilled in mokuton and can't use it properly.

He can use Mokuton, but he's really unskilled at it, and he's not really willing to risk getting Hashirama's cells worked up.

Agreed and agreed. Also I just wanted to add that Obito was still known as "Madara" (or Tobi...whichever one prefers) for much of the war so had he used Mokuton....let's say for example on the beach when he brings the Gedo Statue, he would have given the Allied Forces some intelligence or at the VERY least some form of a clue since only 4 people could/had been shown using Mokuton throughout the entire story up until recently. (Those 4 being Hashi, Yamato, Zetsu and Danzo).
