Here, Hiruzen attempts to stop the third coffin, which in theory would contain Minato. He knows exactly what is going on, and which ninjas are in which coffins. Note the absolute panic as he realizes minato is about to be revived. He's not so concerned with the god of shinobi and doesn't even give tobirama a thought. Hiruzen knew all of these ninjas personally so you would think he would know which one is the strongest and here I think it makes it very clear that Minato was the top dog in his mind.

Since Hiruzen is the most knowledgeable character in the manga we can take this as fact that minato is the most powerful hokage in history, and also the most powerful kage ever.

realistically hashi's corpse emitted a huge amount of chakra, tobiramas corpse emitted a very small amount of chakra radiation and minatos corpse had mixed with some spillage kyuubi chakra.

Hiruzen simply meant it would be too much to handle along with minato + the 1st and 2nd. In no way shape or form does this mean minato>hashirama.

Minato is as skilled as Hashirama in every aspect probably better than Hashirama but Minato lags Chakra pool,stamina and life force ...One can only get all these factors from birth..........be Happy for Minato to be able to stood after Hashirama even though he born in a fodder family.......................
