I think (I am almost sure) Juubito is looking for Naruto who he sees as the biggest danger (confirmed some chapters ago, he even saw the spirit from the SO6P in Naruto)...

Sounds plausible enough, I hope we get more dialogue from Obito in the next chapter to see if that's the case. It would be awesome if he was gonna start targeting people and trying to take em out. He took on the Hokages when they stood in front of him though. If he's targeting Naruto, shouldn't he have just Kamui'ed behind him?
