Obito or the Juubi in human form?

Okay I know everyone has their own opinions on this, but I wanna know what you consider juubito to be, is he "Obito" & therefore considered part of "Obito's" overall strength. Or should we consider juubito to be just "Juubi" & consider his strength as part of the juubi's in human form?

Now I know the haters will say "its the juubi" & the fanboys (myself, but rightfully so ) would say "it's obito" but I want an honest opinion on the matter, & only vote if you have some logical input regarding your decision.

], think about it like this: When naruto went in 6 tail mode was that naruto who defeated pein or kurama? It was naruto's power but he didnt have control over it. Same with any time naruto went kurama chakra mode tbh, kurama was controlling his will. Its the exact same thing with obito only its much stronger (still his though).

Now this isnt a debate thread, no need to counter my points this is merely opinion based. Just state why you think juubito should be obito's own power or the juubi's (or a completely new character seperate from both).

Right now Obito isn't in control, I guess, but we might see him at least trying to regain it, since Obito has strong willpower (remember how easily he broke out of Mind Transfer?). So maybe we'll see a battle of wills of Obito and Juubi XD

My guess would be that the juubi prefers a human form to its own

The juubi has no idea who Obito is apparently, but it still has some intelligence since it destroyed the barrier and attacked Hashirama, the strongest opponent.
