Obito may(or must be) be stronger than Madara as well, but we saw Madara said has a trump card, so I think he will let Obito make chaos and then use it in his own advantage and use that trump card when everyone is busy with dealing with Obito...

...boring big bada-boom giant monster. I really can´t get thrilled as so many others while seeing a big size villain. I know he will be defeated, it juts makes fighting style boring.
