He has everything he had when he fought Sasuke he just can't use Sharingan.... Meaning he still has finger genjutsu, Dusk Crow Genjutsu, Fire Style, All the Shruiken and Kunai from His clash with Sasuke, Crow Clones, ect.

I was being ironic due to the fact that restricting the sharingan + using the sick Itachi that fought Sasuke means that he can barely fight in this match-up.
