Maybe, but I still think Deva Path would win. Many of Kakashi's recent use of Kamui have only been due to the Kyuubi's chakra. Without that, he's more or less the same as he was during the Pain's Invasion/Kage Summit.
It would be a close call, but Kamui drains Kakashi extremely quick, moreso when he teleports himself. The only way I could see Kakashi winning is if he can decapitate Deva Path before getting a handful of Shinra Tensei/Bansho Ten'in. Considering that he needs to prepare depending on the size of the object, this might take a crucial number of seconds without aid.
Teleporting himself in and out of the Kamui dimension to avoid attacks will only exhaust him, until Deva eventually finishes him off with a chakra rod.
