I always wanted to see these two fight. Both were deemed geniuses.

His reflexes were top notch as shown in his fight against Kidomaru and against Kyubby chakra mode Naruto. He can easily react to whatever Kakashi has and if any attack comes too close, rotation or full body blow can deflect it. Chidori is suicide as Kakashi will have to come close to Neji so because Neji is more skilled at CQC, he'll finish Kakashi off with 64 palms.

Want some links? BTW it wasn't so much a debate as much as it was verbal slaughter. The guy vouchin for Kid Kakashi was absolutely brutally verbally murdered with the terrible arguements he came up with, but he kept going with it and his fallacious logic.

It was awkward to read that...the only arguements are "he is a jounin" "rasengan" "chidori"

Sharingan's sight ability does not mean so much if someone does not have enough speed and taijutsu skills; not to mention Hyuuga's different taijutsu style; so if we are talking about kid Kakashi who only got sharingan as an extra; Neji would still probably take the match. Sharingan does not rendering taijutsu useless.
