... Also a Vasto Lorde, is weaker, and wouldn't challenge Ichigo much. I feel like Bach is experimenting on Arrancars... Maybe. This would supply them with more power, and soldiers in the army.

What vasto lordes is weak are you serious? The guy that ichigo fought was weak aswell so it would all be the same.

juha's army doesn't hav pure quincies or mixed blood quincies(except haschwalth n few only) ...they were arrancars prior to becoming quincy thats y they still hav masks.....juha gave them quincy power ...If wat i said is true then there is a possibility that juha still hav some arrancars who are yet to be converted into quincies...
ichigo defeated aizen at his final form until then he was a weakling with his jus shikai n bankai...remember his true power was still hidden even after he got back soul reaper powers ...some espada of ulquiorra level still would hav been a tough challenge for him at that time ...
and apart from grimmjow that #3 espada is still alive who's basically stronger than ulquiorra ...but she was imprisoned at that time

nope there are not many pure quincies... juha gave them power probably ...m saying it because we have seen many quincies with broken mask ...pure quincies lik masaki , juha himself doesn't hav those masks
