With the crazy power boost from the kyuubi cloak then it's possible but anyway- Itachi is still really fast on his feet and may even be able to seal him before it comes to that.

If the Kyuubi boost lets him block it once, then a second or third one will definitely cut open his Susanoo. How will he seal him? Via Totsuka? He needs to pierce through Perfect Susanoo, and then pierce through Madara to do that.

Kabuto paralyses Madara and if they focus on Madara the three of them combined can surely crack it (especially TBB, Yasaka Magatama and Kabuto's horde of jutsu combined can surely break it if the 5 kage were able to crack it) And then Itachi goes in the for seal, guided there by the chakra cloak like it did for Lee.

It's just an outcome, but it's possible.

How is he going to paralyze Madara? White Rage isn't going to work as Perfect Susanoo towers above its range. A level of Susanoo below PS already tanked a Bijuu Dama from the 100% Kyuubi w/ no damage. Naruto's Bijuu Dama by itself isn't destroying it in one hit.

Fair enough, I hardly know enough about Itachi & Naruto. Also Kabuto's sound genjutsu follows the opponent until they hear it, size doesn't come into it.
