Why on Earth do you think Kishimoto would think it would be a good idea to post images obtained from an illegal sharing site like MangaPanda without pissing off his employer? That should have been your first clue. Same with the twitter.

Take this for example:

The deadline for the publisher to receive the manuscript is two weeks, not 2 days. And the "you can already read it in less than 2 days" part.... that falls on a Wednesday. The magazine hits newsstands on Mondays. We get to see the comic the Wednesday before the magazine comes out, often so shoddily-translated that the storytelling is mangled. Why would he be so excited about a poorly-delivered version of is work? So, the person tweeting these is obviously relying on the *********** and MangaPanda scheduling. The real Kishimoto (or anyone who wasn't an idiot) would never promise anything earlier than its legit release date. This imposter isn't very bright.
