Hulu has it available for streaming. With commercials of course. I didn't notice any dubbed, but I think they used to have at least one season dubbed before.

I think on Netflix you would have to have it sent to you on DVD with only a few episodes per DVD. And it doesn't seem like they have the complete Volumes either. :|
(i don't' think the DVDs are dubbed)

So you can feel the emotions in voice's you can't understand right...

thats why you have it subbed...so you can understand exactly what they are saying....dubbed had the potential to be better, but the voice actors are so poor at their job....most of them sound like they are constipated and trying to voice act.....few can actually speak in a non mono tone voice.

Many dub actors do a lot of different voice overs in anime, cartoons, games, etc. They must really get sick and tired of their jobs :|
