Why are your favorite characters your favorite characters, strength nonwithstanding

Explain why your favorite characters are your favorite characters, but without using strength or badassness as a reason.

Kisame: I greatly enjoy his personality, his appearance, and how his back story. I was a fan when we saw him in part 2 fighting, but when he died. . . He became my favorite.

Orochimaru: Orochimaru just has some odd aura about him that attracts me. Nearly anything he does entertains me. Even his "wind" speech got me going "OHHH BOYEEE!" But I obviously like the sinister version more.

Kabuto: Both his back story, his mysteriousness throughout most of the manga, and how he was introduced as strong and improved over time to become the titan he once was.

Tobirama- His attitude basically and overall "coldness" I love the whole "I dont give a ****" thing hes got goin on.

Sasori - His story is heartbreaking, I love his facination with his art, he's very intelligent, I can relate to him in certain ways.

Deidara - XD He's hillarious! I'm like him a lot, I'm serious in some situations, but when my emotions take over I become irrational (while still thinking I'm being rational). I'm also a spazz XD I love his facination with his art

Sasuke - One of the most tragic characters, very well developed, I've found myself rooting for him even when he went batshit crazy on revenge. I can relate with his "done" attitude with the world (well, the one he used to have)

Itachi - He lived his life for his little brother, and the greater good. He's an inspiration.

Jiraiya is a Sage among Kages, his name alone puts shinobi in fear.

Gai is a frigin epic Taijutsu master who knows his shiz and is an amazing Sensie

Lee, boy was he a badass before shippuden, he literally never gives up, a nice guy like his Sensie, and is an amazing team player.

Zabuza and Haku- because they are what caught my attention in the beginning. They were real ninja.

Deva Path Pein- looks badass. Has cool techniques.

Sasuke- his backstory, his personality, and what he stands for.

Pretty much this for Orochimaru and Kabuto. But also, I love Kabuto's pessimism and sarcasm.

Now Danzo. He is, imo, the best written character in the show.
Here's what I said in a previous thread about him:

Best written character. You never know if he truly was for the Leaf or for himself. His morals are debatable and make you think. Hero? Villain? It's all debatable, the individual reader may decide for themselves. Where as Naruto is good and Madara is bad, you can't truly tell with Danzo.

Also, his mysteriousness greatly interested me. I used to believe Konoha was all "Will of Fire this, I'll fight for my friends that", ya know, the boring protagonist stuff. Then came Danzo and shattered that preconception, and I loved him ever since.

Obito went from zero to hero is mere seconds. He's been the best antagonist since he was first introduced as tobi & he's been given some of the best development in the entire series.
