Yes that is true but that was only a Kurama with half of its hate. This is a Juubi with the hate of the entire world. Obito has not known that much hate ever and I believe that he will be overwhelmed by how much hate the Juubi has and will be taken over before he has a chance to unleash his Dojutsu. Now with a body the Juubi will be even more dangerous which I believe will set up Naruto as becoming the next Sage to stop him.

I am totally okay with this. As the final villain, Sasuke > Juubi > Orochimaru > Obito > Madara

orochimaru will not be a villain anymore, He doesn't have any plot relevance anymore.

First of all, obito knows the exact sealing jutsu that rikudou used on the juubi a long time ago

. Secondly, obito stated himself that you need to become the juubi's jinchuuriki in order to control it properly

All of this proves that obito is in complete control of the juubi. Not only did he use rikudou's original ninjutsu in order to seal him (It could be kamui, what a twist that would be O_O), but he is also the jinchuuriki, so its canon that he should have absolute control over it. Throw in the fact that the juubi is incomplete & its a done deal

I dont like Orochimaru but if Kishi doesnt have any plans for him,it will be a huge disrespect for his character since it will mean that he was used as a mere plot device to bring the Kage back.
Madara needs to take the boot,Oro and Obito tie and deserve to be FV.
