When Kin and Gin took the Kyuubi's chakra, it was still complete so they got both the Yin and Yang side which is why they have the complete Bijuu cloak.

No, I already explained in the post you quoted that Naruto had to forcefully take the Kyuubi's chakra to use KM as the Kyuubi was still in control. The reason why Naruto transformed into what KinGin bro's had is because the tailed beast was in control of his own chakra at the time. Naruto's chakra was still balanced. When Naruto took control of the Kyuubi's chakra as part of his own, that is when it caused an imbalance between Yin and Yang in his chakra causing the Yang release chakra effect. That is why he can give life to wood by simply standing next to it etc. Killer Bee cant because his chakra isn't imbalanced.

Minato automatically gained control of just the Yin half of the Kyuubi's chakra when he used the Death God. He didn't need to fight Kurama.
Also, what Kushina and Minato said doesn't contradict me in any way...
And as I said before, Yang represents life fore which is the soul. That alone should tell you which side the Kyuubi resides in.

Its this very reason why the Akatsuki ar very careful, not to kill the jinchrucki they hunt down or else they have to wait for some time before they can get their hands on it.
Basically when a jin dies, the beast reforms.

If minato had sealed the fox in himself, he becomes a jinchurcki and that defeats one of the reason he decided to use the shiki fujin. If minato had become a jinchuricki, he more or less is doing what kushina proposed which is to reseal the fox in herself and die a jin and that is what i cannot get my head around.
That and also the fact that if he died a jinchrucki and the beast reforms some time after the jin had died, surely kurama should have been revived by now. If minato is a jinchrucki then what why not let kushina die a jinchurkci since that is exactly what minato apparently did
Minato sealed the fox into the death gods stomach (from what i have seen everything including the user's soul ends up in the death gods stomach to fight forever), a place where it cannot be accessed and its supposedly permanently sealed. There is simple no difference from what minato did and what Hiruzen did with respect to the shiki fujin.
What is a pseudo-Jinchuriki, anyway? A fan-made term, I presume. Your thread and the factual statement it carries is wrong from the get go, as tailed beasts are nothing but masses of chakra. Not once in the manga is it ever mentioned that they even posses any 'human aspects' of the soul, but the term 'physical manifestation' is employed to get the idea across. Chakra itself is mental/spiritual energy.

Your other point about the death god's belly is completely incorrect, as Minato would fight with what exactly when he took away Yin chakra that disturbed Kurama's form/shape only?

If one takes this into consideration then the entire basis of Kyuubi's size reduction is because its Yin chakra was ripped away. The soul and the actual consciousness STILL resides within Naruto. There is no weight in your theory whatsoever.

Now if you remember correctly, Tobi (which has been revealed as Obito, LOL) stated that he didn't need the 8 and 9 tails to revive the juubi, he just needed their chakra.
My point is, Minato is indeed a Jinchuuriki because by sealing half the Kyuubi's chakra in him, he actually sealed half (if not more) of the Kyuubi within him. And we should stop hating and instead give credit where its due... And that's Minato conquering Kyuubi's power at death, LOL!!!

Read it again and you will clearly see that Minato said " I am going to seal the Kyuubi inside of Naruto"
Minato never said that he was going to seal half of the Kyuubi it self but he did say that he would seal half of it's chakra.
I know that a beast is infact made up of chakra but again Minato stated that he was going to seal the (Kyuubi) in Naruto.
Kurama is one and cannot be split in Half.
