Well why is Nagato over rated so much?? every thread he is placed at top 3 . well I will show how alive minato defeats Pain no diff.

what makes nagato special ? his 6 path of pain mode in which nagato can hide in a secret place and control 6 zombies with chakra control . without this 6 Path of pain, Nagato is virtually a sitting duck


now we all know Minato is a sensor type ninja hence it wont be difficult task for minato to locate nagato's location.
after that minato can use space time barrier and teleport Nagato into very very away place like in the middle of the sea or in the mouth of volcano. and since nagato can fly, nor walk hence he wont be able to swim, nor he will walk away from volcano.

In the same way since nagato is very far away from his 6 path of pain , hence his chakra cant reach to them so 6 path of pain are virtually immobilized and they cant help him at all.

so minato will kill nagato virtually no difficulty at all

1) starting with no info is fatal, kakashi couldnt develop counters until after he had full info on the paths techniques.

2) what happens before those 5 seconds? are you forgetting about the ability he uses beforehand to completely control attractive & repulsion forces. So not only are minato's kunai useless, but his speed is as well because 1 ST or one massive CST could send our yellow flash packing .

Nagato has no limitation in using the Shinra Tensei.
If Pain uses lesser ST's, the time limit can be also less. But anyways, his other paths can keep Minato busy. They have shared vision and they are versatile, unlike Minato, who has a baby rasengan, 10 Kunai and FTG.

The only Hokage who beats Pain/ Nagato is Hashirama. He stomps the other Hokages.

Dude maybe minato can win but this explination is just stupid. Even if minato can find nagato he will have to mark him to get to him which means he will have to travel there. This is a difficult task with the paths around. Plus nagato operates out side of most sensors radar and we don't even know where minato stands on this ability. Minato might be one of the only people capable of beating the six paths but not like how you describe

The Current FTG Hax + Current Kage Bunshin Hax + Sensor + Best Reflexes + Fastest + Normal FTG + the fact that Naruto's Rasengan were able to kill paths + Summons + Fuuin Jutsus.
