could nagato use rinne tensei when he was edo??????

Rinne Tensei can't be used on oneself. An Edo can still use it.

Rinne tensei drains the lifeforce & chakra, but since edos cant lose lifeforce or chakra i dont think that effect applies to him.

I believe nagato can use it, why not? There isnt anything stating you cant revive others with it while edo.

Obito made it pretty clear that Madara needs him to use the Rinne Tensei. If that's true, then Rinne Tensei cannot be used on oneself.
