If Chris weidman can close the gab and get that take down, then we have a new champion. But if Chris Weidman gets caught with that one punch.....We get to see the super fights preparations

Rest:

Frankie Edgar
Wanna say Oliveira
Cub Swason (hard hitting hispanic)
Mark Munoz(Redemption from his Weidman fight)

Main Card:
Anderson Silva vs. Chris Weidman: 1st Round KO. Putting Weidman in with Silva is a joke. Just proves that Silva has cleared out the division.

Frankie Edgar vs. Charles Oliveira: UD. Edgar has more experience and won't get submitted and that's about the only thing Oliveira has for Edgar.

Roger Gracie vs. Tim Kennedy: TKO Round 2. Kennedy has more experience and is more well rounded.

Dennis Siver vs. Cub Swanson: UD. Tough call. Siver hasn't been knocked out in five years which is Swanson's best opportunity. Way too many people fail to recognize Siver for the dark horse he is but I don't see him pushing the pace against Swanson enough to take the decision.

Mark Munoz vs. Tim Boetsch: 2nd Round TKO. Boetsch is a scrub.

Preliminary Card (FX):
Chris Leben vs. Andrew Craig: KO Round 1. Leben may be in the twilight of his career but he isn't done in the UFC yet.

Kazuki Tokudome vs. Norman Parke: TKO Round 3. Both are submission specialists so neither is likely to get caught. Parke is the more well rounded fighter and will end this standing or simply beat on Tokudome until the ref stops it.

Rafaello Oliveira vs. Edson Barboza: KO Round 2. Oliveira is just a tune up match for Barboza.

Preliminary Card (Facebook):
Dave Herman vs. Gabriel Gonzaga: Submission Round 1. Gonzaga has gotten back to his BJJ roots. Herman is an easy win so Dana can get his gate keeper back.

Seth Baczynski vs. Brian Melancon: Already happened.

Mike Pierce vs. David Mitchell: Already happened.

Wow Anderson Silva got knocked out! He was taunting and playing around with Weidman too much. I honestly believe that Anderson wanted to lose that match, he seemed like he wasn't determined to win, especially with the post fight speech he gave. If Anderson had really tried and stopped all the taunting, I believe he would've won. Great fight and card tonight.

I think he acted it out to be honest... It seemed like he wanted to give Weidman the belt. Knowing Anderson its like him to do that.. either that or age caught up with him plus that taunting and playing around he did.

Yeah the speech he gave Joe Rogan after the fight made it seemed like he wasn't too disappointed and that he had planned on losing. Anderson has been known to taunt his opponent's a lot tho so either it was a planned lost or he just got caught fooling around. It was kind of funny to see him fake like he was hurt from the first hit then we got hit again his eyes rolled back and he dropped. Then he tried to grab Herb Dean lol.

Did he really just surrender the belt like that? I mean it looked like he made it clear he was better then just kinda...ate a left to the face...I'm stunned. I don't know what to think of this. I think he just wants to retire.

Seems that way, he was saying he wanted to spend time with his family and that he had no plans on going for the belt again. I'm Pretty sure that after his 10 fight contract is up he will retire. If I was Chris I wouldn't even be satisfied winning the belt that way

This really disappoints me.. Anderson was a fighter that I looked up too since his Chris leben fight.. to see this kinda blows my mind me and my dad jumped up when he got Ko'ed. Anderson disappointed me with his taunting and playing he did in that fight. You can not do this is in fight no matter how good you are.. I got that vibe from him too it seemed like he wanted to pass his belt down to a young and upcoming fighter like Weidman.. he doesn't even want to fight for the belt anymore. I'm not taking anything from Weidman as I'm glad for him and his family but this wasn't the Anderson i looked up too. He was cocky and disrespectful to his opponent. Then again he is 38 so his chin might've gone worse over the years and he wouldn't be the same he was in his prime. That scene might've been funny at the end but it kinda hurt me seeing it.. oh well congrats to Weidman..

Yeah, Anderson was a fighter that a lot of people liked and looked up too. If this was his way of passing down the belt, he could have at-least gave the crowd and viewers a more interesting fight. He taunted for the remaining minutes of the first round and I thought he was going to come out swinging in the second but unfortunately he continued to taunt. Congratulations to Weidman but I do not think he would've won if Anderson had put in more effort. Like you said Anderson's up in age, maybe he's just getting tired of doing this.

They probably begged him to do it since his performance was horrible and everyone is now thinking the UFC is rigged.
