Even without amaterasu takes this mid diff at best. The only thing that threatens sasuke is water dome. Kisame isnt reacting to sussano. Not too mention his paralysis genjutsu.

He has to be able to make handsigns to pull off GSB, which isn't happening before an arrow goes through his chest. Not when Kakashi or Danzo couldn't make handsigns before it hit.

Without samehada or samehada infused, yeah he is gate speed. Other than that, his handseals and reflexes are enough to catch even the most trained of shinobi off guard. He can just make water clones also, if push comes to shove.

People .. It did not want to absorb the fireball because it hurts and it was KATON.. For all we know It has nothing to do with how hot it is it could just be the way Katon chakra is .. ( yes i know what killer bee said but is he the sword?)

Sasuke has already been shown to activate straight to his v3 sussano which allows him to shoot the arrows so stabilizing isnt an issue here.
