Edo Tensei requires a few seconds to be used.

In this time period, Minato can port Obito and kakashi right on top of Tsunade. That wins the fight for them. Kakashi kamuis Oro's head while Obito takes care of the Edos he managed to summon ( since edos are not instantly battle ready ) or kamuis Tsunade.

If Hashirama is already summoned this becomes tricky, but if you think about it, Minato can still port Kakashi to Tsunade, who will proceed to warp Hashirama from behind, since Hashirama would never expect Kakashi to appear near Tsunade.

Move nagato up, replace tobirama with kakashi, gai or bee while replacing oroch with muu or onoki and you've got a solid list there
