If Sasuke can crush him via Susanoo before Kisame gets out the Water Dome, then he wins, once its gets out Kisame takes this.

Or Sasuke can just fire a Susanoo arrow at him, which he can't react to so he can't absorb it via Samehada, so Sasuke wins.

Unrestrict Amaterasu and Kisame gets fried mid difficulty.

Sasuke lacks the projectiles to hit Kisame anyway, GSB can absorb any incoming arrows from Sasuke.

I'd just like to point out that Kisame can't even react to Susanoo arrows physically, not when Kakashi was unable to do so and had to rely on Kamui, which uses mental reactions and no hand signs to evade the arrow.

Kisame already has good physical durability so a hole through his chest will most likely only render his movements useless.
Unless Sasuke gets a head shot Kisame will most likely take the hit on purpose.

A Susanoo arrow through his chest wouldn't be something he could just heal from. The arrow is big enough to pierce his chest, and pierce anything around that region, including his heart, as seen when the arrow hit Danzo in his chest.

He isn't healing from that.

Kisame can absorb the arrow's chakra once its hit him, but after its him he's going to die from that hit so that's pointless and impossible. He can't do it before, as he'd have to raise the sword up to the arrow and make contact with it to do that, which isn't happening as Danzo couldn't even make hand signs to activate Izanagi before the arrow hit him.

Even without amaterasu takes this mid diff at best. The only thing that threatens sasuke is water dome. Kisame isnt reacting to sussano. Not too mention his paralysis genjutsu.
