Well first let me show you an easy way to make rain
Uses
(Ame: Hanzou Hateshinai Monsu-n) - Rain Release: Hanzou's Endless Monsoon

Range: Vast Area
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A (-5 per turn to maintain)
Description: After making the needed hand signs, user will subtely release his chakra into the sky above him. User combines his chakra with that of the water particles in the sky making them combine and form dense rain clouds. These clouds are similar to Monsoon type rain clouds and are endowed with the users chakra (as well as rain made from clouds). Takes two turns to for clouds to fully form. Once formed the clouds will release a constant heavy down pour of rain. Being made of users chakra if clouds are blown away user can summon them back. Last 3 turns

Can only be used twice per battle

Description:By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.
This jutsu calls for you gather and focus chakra into your hands to gather rain drops around your palms to form a rain orb that can be used as a bullet.
Being that you used chakra infused rain, you'll be able to gather not only more rain, but at a much faster pace. And when it comes to a battle it's all about the quickest draw (sometimes )

- i create an open palm and the rain slowly drifts to the center of it then more and more rain is swirled around into my palm creating a perfect sphere - then then put's it into a cup and makes tea ^^

Description:When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air).Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.
Focus your chakra that is already inside the rain drops. As your focusing your chakra think of sticky items...xD.... and the rain itself will become glue like and bind your opponent where they stand.

is the next jutsu. First gather a lot of rain near you and make the same hand signs you would for a normal clone, this will make a reflection rain clone.
