okay so recently ive beeen wondering about the naruto characters parents. Lets start with sasuke.
Sasukes dad was without a doubt an uchiha. He was head of the clan and police captain. I dont recall if we ever saw his sharingan, but im 100%sure he had them.
Now im aware of some things: interclan relationships are not uncommon in Japan. I was told that by a freind, and can not find any proof of it online but if he is right feel free to tell me so. I've seen in many animes attractioon between boys and girls of the same family so i wont doubt it if you tell me its true. I live in America, in a spot where no one marries anyone within their family. I would never in a million years marry one of my brothers. Even if they weren't my brothers i wouldnt marry them. I f i had nicer brothers i wouldnt marry THEM. Moving on...
Sasuke's mother mikoto has dark eyes and hair:
And while itachi looks like their father, sasuke takes after their mother:
Now i know dark hair and eyes are not uncommon in Japan. Its in their blood, and most if not all japanese are born with these features.
And within NARUTOVERSE, we see that the uchiha are not the only ones with dark eyes and hair:
But still, i will not deny the possibility of Mikot being a biological uchiha. She could have married in, but what about the matter of taking surnames? Is this normal within Narutoverse as it is in my country? I don't know about how the japanese stand in this, but where i live the woman takes the mans surname (usually) when she marries him.
However, lets looks at Naruto.
Naruto is a perfect little combo of both his parents.
He really takes after Kushina, as Tsunade once said, but he has his father in him too. And this is not just because of his hair. I'm not sure how to prove that, but im sure its true. Naruto has both his father and mothers will within him.
Now some on the net say minato and kushina married in secret. I won't deny that either, since Kushina being a female jinchuuriki whose seal would weaken when/if she became pregnant was more than likely a major concern when she decided she wanted to be with Minato. And as we all know, she did become pregnant:

but she didn't take his name, did she? Because we know her as Uzumaki Kushina, not Namikaze Kushina. This may have been because her relationship was secret, or because she wanted to keep her name. Either one or maybe both.
Others also say that Minato is senju. Thats a legit theory, and i wont deny it completely, since minato is awesome. But you dont have to be senju to be awesome. And there's no real proof that minato is senju. So no real proof that his relationship with kushina was interclan, as the firsts was with mito since uzumaki and senju were distant blood relatives.
What does everyone think? Are all the parent relationships inter-clan?
