It;s true that episode 321 the animation is bad however after that we have
Naruto shippuden episode 322"Madara Uchiha" animation amazing/great
Naruto shippuden episode 323"The Gathering of the five kages" animation good
Naruto shippuden episode 324"The unbreakable mask and the popped bubbles" animation good
They are officially confirmed in a japanese magazine

Episode 322 will have the same animation director as the bee vs sasuke fight konan vs tobi fight minato vs tobi fight and Danzo vs sasuke fight
The other episode I'm not sure about

322 is actually the same person that animated the Sasuke/KB sword scene. (he didn't direct that episode, but he did animate that particular part)

Also to make a correction, 323 will be mediocre instead of good.

Not kabutos wierd make over, no, just the look of the animation. It kind of reminded me of the blood prison cool animation...
