As he already fought with Shino he knows about the bugs,its power and weakness.Having Sasori and his poison is a good advantage here....one scratch will be enough for Shino.

Kankuro is also not an idiot.Sasori's poison is famous for his efficiency and what most important only he or who made the recipe of the poison knows how to make the antidote.I'm not saying Kankuro will kill Shino in one shot but 'the bug master' has less chances to servive in the battle.

i didnt say he was dumb i just said shino is smarter also shino will think of counters for kankuro also

In their original fight Shino was able to quickly work out Kankuro's weakness to close-range and provide an effective means to take him down. While Kankuro was able to figure out that Shino uses himself as a distraction for his bugs to attack and was able to poison Shino effectively, he was unable to work out a weakness for the insects.

Despite being heavily poisoned Shino still managed to fight. He only collapsed once he was sure the fight was over. Question is whether his insects can now eat away poison.

Scorpion (Sasori Puppet) can shoot fire from the pipes in its hands, but they only focus on one point of attack. They'll burn any bugs in direct path of the flames, but will be defenseless against the bugs that happen to surrounding the puppet elsewhere.

The forest also provides Shino with a huge advantage. Lastly, I can not see Kankuro avoiding Insect Globe. Not when he has to pay attention to working his puppets.
