Question about the chakra receivers and Rinne Tensei

1-Where and how the chakra receivers originate?

2-All chakra receivers are made of Madara will?

3-It was shown that Nagato could control someone close with the chakra receiver.Why Madara not controlled Obito in this way? If two users of the Rinnegan placing receivers on each other, who controls whom?

4-Why only the artificial part of the body of Obito was black when Madara controlled him? And his artificial left arm, why was not black? Why this part was left black and appeared receptors in your body?
